តើពិភពលោកមានបានដឹងទេថា អ្វីដែលមេដឹកនាំថៃ យោធាថៃបានធ្វើការឈ្លានពានអធិបតេយ្យភាពនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជាគឺក្នុងគោលបំណងលេបត្របាក់ទឹកដីកម្ពុជាដោយយោងទៅតាមស្ថានភាពភូមិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយដែលថៃបានរៀបចំរួចទុកជាស្រេចកន្លងមក។
ជាការពិតនៅលើពិភពលោកប្រាកដណាស់ព័ត៌មានបច្ចេកវិទ្យាបានលឿនរហ័ស ហើយនរណាក៏ដឹងអំពីទង្វើឈ្លានពានអធិបតេយ្យភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជាកន្លងមក និងកំពុងបន្ត។
ហេតុផលមួយចំនួនយើងសូមឲ្យពិភពលោកបានដឹងថា មានកត្តាមួយចំនួនដោយយកមកផ្ដល់ជាមូលដ្ឋានសម្រាប់ឲ្យបានដឹងគ្រប់ៗគ្នាអំពីការឈ្លានពាននៃសង្គ្រាមនេះ។
ការឈ្លានពាននៃសង្គ្រាមដ៏សាហាវព្រៃផ្សៃរបស់មេដឹកនាំថៃល្មោភសង្គ្រាមគឺក្នុងគោលបំណងមានដូចជា:
ទី១ :មេដឹកនាំថៃកំពូលៗដែលមានលុយហូរហៀរហើយ តែនៅឡើយមិនឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរបស់ខ្លួនបានសុខនោះទេ គ្រួសារខ្លះត្រូវបានបង្ខំឲ្យចូលបម្រើការងារជាយោធាដោយចាញ់កល្បិចបោកបញ្ឆោតឱ្យមកច្បាំងក្នុងហេតុផលមួយចំនួន។
ទី២ :មេដឹកនាំថៃឬយោធាថៃមានចេតនាច្បាស់នៅក្នុងការធ្វើសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានទឹកដីនៅតាមបណ្ដាព្រំដែននិងតំបន់មួយចំនួនដែលជាដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា គឺក្នុងគោលបំណងវាយលុបចូលក្នុងភូមិសាស្ត្រមួយចំនួនទាំង៧ខេត្តដែលជាប់ប្រទេសថៃ និងបានប្រើយន្តហោះ F16 មកទម្លាក់គ្រាប់បែកចម្ងាយចូលដល់ប្រមាណ៧០គីឡូម៉ែត្រ ទៅ៨០ គីឡូម៉ែត្រពីព្រំដែន និងបង្ហោះត្រួនជាច្រើន រួមទាំងទម្លាក់គ្រាប់លើអគារសាធារណៈ សាលារៀនសម្រាប់សិស្សសិក្សា ផ្ទះរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋត្រូវបានឆេះស្ទើរគ្មានសល់នៅតាមតំបន់មួយចំនួន ស្ពានមេទឹកខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ត្រូវបានបំផ្លាញ ស្ពាននៅស្រុកសំរោងចុងកាលខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ជាប់ស្រុកស្រែស្នំខេត្តសៀមរាប ត្រូវបានបំផ្លាញដោយយន្តហោះ F16 នៅយប់ថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរាប់ម៉ឺនគ្រួសារត្រូវបានចាកចេញពីលំនៅដ្ឋាន ជនស៊ីវិលមួយចំនួនត្រូវបានវាយប្រហារដោយយោធាថៃ។
នៅក្នុងទិដ្ឋភាពទាំងអស់នេះច្បាស់ណាស់បញ្ហាជម្លោះព្រំដែនជារឿងមួយដែលតូចទេ រឿងដែលសំខាន់គឺជាការធ្វើសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានទឹកដីកម្ពុជា។
ទី៣ :នៅក្នុងតំណាក់កាលកន្លងមកអ្នកណាក៏បានដឹង អ្នកណាក៏បានឃើញ អ្នកណាក៏បានឮថា ការមិនគោរពបទឈប់បាញ់ដែលត្រូវបានយល់ព្រមនៅក្នុងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនៅទីក្រុងកូឡាឡាំពួរ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ក្រោមការសម្របសម្រួលពីមេដឹកនាំអាស៊ានលោក អាន់វ៉ា អ៊ីប្រាហ៊ីម នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ព្រមទាំងបានចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដោយលោកដូណាត្រាំ ប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក គឺអ្វីៗមេដឹកនាំថៃមិនត្រឹមតែមិនស្ដាប់តាមនិងអនុវត្តក្នុងកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនោះទេ បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះកំពុងតែធ្វើឲ្យវិនាសកម្មដល់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាថែមទៀត គឺមានន័យថាថៃមិនស្ដាប់មេដឹកនាំលើពិភពលោកទេ ថែមទាំងបង្កឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មប្រល័យជាតិសាសន៍ថែមទៀត។
ទី៤ :ថៃបានបំផ្លាញនៅអាគារមួយចំនួនរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលកំពុងរកស៊ីនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ទីតាំងកន្លែងមួយចំនួនជាប់តំបន់ទេសចរណ៍ ក្នុងគោលបំណងមិនចង់ឲ្យភ្ញៀវទេសចរណ៍មកចូលទស្សនានៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ផ្នែកមួយចំនួននៃវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រទេសកម្ពុជា គឺមេដឹកនាំថៃត្រូវធ្វើយ៉ាងម៉េចឱ្យខូចខាតវិស័យជាសរសៃឈាមរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះថៃកំពុងប្រើល្បិចកលថាជាការកំចាត់ទ័ព Scam Online ដើម្បីបំភាន់ភ្នែកមតិជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ ជាពិសេសមហាអំណាចដែលកំពុងតែតាមដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់អំពីសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានលើកម្ពុជាមួយនេះ។
ទី៥ :ចេតនារបស់មេដឹកនាំថៃក្រោមបទបញ្ជាគឺមានយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រចំនួនពីរដែលពួកគេធ្វើវាក្នុងគោលបំណងគឺ:
-ថៃបង្កើតសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានមកលើបូរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជាគឺត្រូវលេបត្របាក់យកទឹកដីមួយផ្នែកនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជាតាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែនទឹក តាមបណ្ដោយព្រំដែនគោកមួយចំនួន គឺសុខចិត្តលះបង់ធនធានថវិការាប់លានពាន់ដុល្លារ លះបង់អាយុជីវិតកងទ័ពរាប់ម៉ឺនសែននាក់ដោយមិនខ្វល់អំពីកងទ័ពក៏ជាមនុស្សដូចមេដឹកនាំថៃដែរក្នុងគោលបំណងច្បាំងយកទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ខណៈដែលកម្ពុជាមិនបានបំពានលើទឹកដីរបស់ខ្លួនវិញនោះទេគិតមកដល់ថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ។
ម្យ៉ាងវិញទៀតនៅពេលដែលកងទ័ពច្បាំងឈ្នះកាន់កាប់ដីទឹកដីបានប្រាកដណាស់គេនឹងព័ទ្ធយកដីនៅចំណុចណាមួយនោះប្រសិនបើគេឈ្នះលើការឈ្លានពាន។
អតីតកាលកន្លងមកប្រទេសថៃមានប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដូចជានៅសម័យជប៉ុនចាញ់សង្គ្រាមលោកលើកទីពីរ គឺថៃប្រគល់ដែនដីមួយចំនួនដល់ប្រទេសមីយ៉ាន់ម៉ាវិញ សម័យបារាំងជាអាណាព្យាបាលប្រទេសកម្ពុជាបារាំងបានចុះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងលើសន្ធិសញ្ញាបារាំងសៀមឆ្នាំ១៩០៤ និងឆ្នាំ១៩០៧ ដើម្បីកំណត់ភូមិសាស្ត្រដែនទឹក និងដែនគោក។
ថៃប្រើយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដដែលជាមួយប្រទេសឡាវដោយធ្វើការឈ្លានពានដូចគ្នាជាលទ្ធផលឡាវបាត់បង់ខេត្តមួយចំនួនឱ្យប្រទេសថៃរហូតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ននេះ។
ករណីទាំងអស់នេះបញ្ជាក់ថាប្រទេសថៃនៅប្រើល្បិចដដែលៗក្រោមបទបញ្ជាមេដឹកនាំល្មោភអំណាច ដែលពិភពលោកកំពុងតែស្អប់ខ្ពើមនៅទង្វើក៏ដូចជាសកម្មភាពដែលមិនអាចទទួលយកបាន។
រឿងធំមួយទៀតប្រសិនបើថៃចាញ់សមរភូមិសង្គ្រាមគ្រប់ផ្នែកជាមួយកម្ពុជា ថៃគិតច្បាស់ហើយគឺបានសម្លាប់ពលរដ្ឋរបស់ខ្លួនឯងមានដូចជា ខ្មែរសុរិន្ទ ខ្មែរស៊ីសាកេត ខ្មែរបុរីរ៉ាម រាប់ពាន់មុឺននាក់ដើម្បីឲ្យបាត់ពូជមួយចំនួនបន្តិចម្ដងៗ ជាពិសេសប្រើវប្បធម៌ព្រួញមួយបាញ់បានសឹកពីរ ឱ្យជនជាតិមានឈាមជ័រដូចគ្នាស្អប់ខ្ពើមជនជាតិដូចគ្នា។
ក្នុងន័យខាងលើនេះគឺមិនមែនចង់ឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរបស់ប្រទេសមួយស្អប់មេដឹកនាំរបស់ខ្លួននោះទេ ក៏ប៉ុន្តែច្បាស់ណាស់គឺចង់ប្រាប់ថាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងប្រទេសថៃខ្លួនឯងគួរតែយល់ដឹងអំពីនយោបាយដឹកនាំមានការបោកប្រាស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋខ្លួនឯងទៅស្លាប់ក្នុងសមរភូមិសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានទឹកដីប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
ទី៦ :មកដល់ពេលថ្ងៃនេះទីថ្ងៃទី២០ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ជាពេលវេលាដែលថៃនៅតែចាញ់សង្គ្រាមសមរភូមិនាំឲ្យទាហានរបស់ខ្លួនបានស្លាប់បាត់បង់ជីវិតរាប់ពាន់នាក់ របួសរាប់ម៉ឺននាក់នៅក្នុងការឈ្លានពានលើមរណភាពទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរបស់ថៃខ្លួនឯងទើបតែបានដឹងដំណឹងកាន់តែច្បាស់អំពីការធ្វើទង្វើដ៏អមនុស្សធម៌ ព្រៃផ្សៃ បង្កសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានទឹកដីកម្ពុជា ដែលផ្ទុយពីច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិបានប្រកាសជាសកលអំពីជីវិតរស់នៅរបស់មនុស្សជាតិ។
ហើយមិនត្រឹមតែប៉ុណ្ណោះដោយមានការតាមដានយ៉ាងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់អំពីតុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ(ICJ) និងតុលាការឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មអន្តរជាតិ (ICC) ដើម្បីចាត់វិធានការលើមេដឹកនាំថៃនៅថ្ងៃខាងមុខ ថៃកំពុងតែបង្វែរស្ថានការណ៍មកលើសង្គ្រាមមួយទៀតដោយប្រើភាសាថាការបង្កសង្គ្រាមដើម្បីបំផ្លាញទាហាន (Scam Online) ទៅវិញ!
ទី៧ :ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជាជនរងគ្រោះរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជាសូមអំពាវនាវដល់អន្តរជាតិថានេះជាព័ត៌មានដែលប្រជាពលរដ្ឋកម្ពុជាត្រូវតែបង្ហាញឲ្យពិភពលោកបានដឹងថាកន្លងមកមានការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងល្បែង(Scam Online) នៅតាមបណ្តាប្រទេសមួយចំនួនរាប់ទាំងប្រទេសថៃដែលមានទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំជាងកម្ពុជាកន្លងមក និងបណ្ដាប្រទេសជាច្រើនផងដែរនោះគឺជារឿងដាច់ដោយឡែកខុសពីយោធាថៃបានឈ្លានពានទឹកដីកម្ពុជា នៅត្រង់នេះតើមេដឹកនាំជាមហាអំណាចមានបានស្វែងយល់អំពីការញែកឲ្យដាច់បានដែរឬទេកន្លងមក?
ក្នុងអត្ថន័យដ៏មានតម្លៃនេះ យើងនៅតែទទួចម្តងហើយម្ដងទៀត សូមឱ្យពិភពលោកពិសេសមហាអំណាចយក្សធំៗ សូមត្រូវបែងចែកឱ្យដាច់អំពីសង្គ្រាមឈ្លានពានរបស់ប្រទេសថៃមកលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពកម្ពុជា យ៉ាងពិតប្រាកដ និងញែកឱ្យដាច់អំពីការអនុវត្តលើ(Scam Online)ដែលជាហេតុនាំឲ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរាប់ម៉ឺនសែននាក់ត្រូវបានចាកចេញពីទីលំនៅដ្ឋាន សិស្សសាលារាប់រយពាន់នាក់ត្រូវបានផ្អាកការរៀនសូត្រ ស្ត្រីមានផ្ទៃពោះមួយចំនួនកំពុងតែជួបបញ្ហាការពពោះក្នុងស្ថានភាពយោធាសៀមបានទម្លាក់គ្រាប់នៅក្នុងទីតាំងជនស៊ីវិលមួយចំនួនដោយមិនគិតអំពីច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិស្នានោះឡើយ។
ជាចុងក្រោមក្នុងនាមពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរមួយរូបក៏ដូចជាប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរាប់លាននាក់នៅលើពិភពលោក សូមអំពាវនាវជាបន្ទាន់ផងដែរ សូមឱ្យអន្តរជាតិឬមហាអំណាចដែលមានឥទ្ធិពលជួយអន្តរាគមន៍លើការរំលោភបំពានរបស់ប្រទេសថៃមកលើប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពដែនទឹក និងដែនគោកដោយដាក់សម្ពាធលើថៃ បើមិនដូច្នោះទេប្រាកដណាស់នៅក្នុងលោកគ្មានទេយុត្តិធម៌សម្រាប់ប្រទេសទន់ខ្សោយ ហើយប្រទេសជាងមហាអំណាចទាំងអស់នោះចាត់ទុកថាគ្មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់មនុស្សជាតិ។ ហើយកម្ពុជាមិនមានអ្វីក្រៅតែពីការចង់បាននូវសន្តិភាពនោះទេ ហើយក៏មិនត្រូវការមានបរទេសជុំវិញពិសេសប្រទេសថៃមកឈ្លានពានមរណភាពអធិបតេយ្យភាពដែនទឹកដែនដីកម្ពុជាបានផងដែរ ។

Does the world know what the Thai leadership and the Thai military have done by violating Cambodia’s sovereignty with the intention of annexing Cambodian territory, based on geopolitical arrangements that Thailand had already prepared in advance?
In reality, in today’s world, information technology spreads news rapidly, and everyone is well aware of the past and ongoing acts of aggression against Cambodia’s territorial sovereignty.
For this reason, we would like the world to know that there are several factors that serve as the basis for understanding this war of aggression. The brutal and savage war of invasion carried out by Thailand’s war-hungry leaders has the following objectives:
First:
Thailand’s top leaders possess abundant wealth, yet they fail to provide peace and well-being for their own people. Some families are forced into military service through deception and manipulation, sending them into battle under various false pretexts.
Second:
Thai leaders and the Thai military clearly intend to wage a war of territorial invasion along border areas and certain regions that are sovereign territory of Cambodia. Their goal is to seize parts of seven Cambodian provinces bordering Thailand. They have used F-16 fighter jets to drop bombs at distances of approximately 70–80 kilometers inside Cambodian territory from the border and have deployed numerous drones. Bombs were dropped on public buildings, schools for students, and civilian homes, many of which were burned to the ground in certain areas. Major bridges were destroyed, including a key bridge in Pursat Province and a bridge in Samraong district of Oddar Meanchey Province, bordering Srei Snam district of Siem Reap Province. These attacks were carried out by F-16 aircraft on the night of December 19, 2025. Tens of thousands of civilian families were forced to flee their homes, and some civilians were directly attacked by the Thai military.
All these circumstances clearly show that this is not merely a minor border dispute; rather, it is a full-scale war of territorial invasion against Cambodia.
Third:
In previous stages, everyone has known, seen, and heard that Thailand failed to respect the ceasefire agreement reached in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, under the mediation of ASEAN leaders, particularly Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, and also endorsed by U.S. President Donald Trump. Thai leaders not only refused to comply with and implement this agreement, but they are currently causing further devastation to Cambodia. This demonstrates that Thailand is disregarding world leaders and is committing acts that amount to genocide.
Fourth:
Thailand has destroyed buildings belonging to companies operating in Cambodia, including locations near tourist areas, with the intention of discouraging tourists from visiting Cambodia. Certain sectors of Cambodia’s economy—considered the lifeblood of the nation—have been deliberately targeted for destruction by Thai leaders. At the same time, Thailand has used the pretext of cracking down on online scam operations to deceive domestic and international public opinion, especially major powers that are closely monitoring this war of aggression against Cambodia.
Fifth:
Under direct orders from its leadership, Thailand’s intentions are driven by two main strategies:
Thailand has launched a war of invasion against Cambodia’s territorial integrity with the aim of annexing parts of Cambodian land along both maritime and land borders. Thailand is willing to sacrifice millions of dollars in resources and the lives of tens or even hundreds of thousands of soldiers, disregarding the fact that soldiers are human beings like their leaders, all for the purpose of seizing Cambodian territory—despite the fact that Cambodia has not violated Thai territory up to December 20, 2025. Once territory is successfully occupied, Thailand will undoubtedly encircle and permanently seize those areas.
Historically, Thailand has followed similar strategies. After Japan’s defeat in World War II, Thailand returned certain territories to Myanmar. During the French colonial period in Cambodia, France signed the Franco–Siamese treaties of 1904 and 1907 to define land and maritime borders. Thailand applied the same aggressive strategy against Laos, resulting in Laos losing several provinces to Thailand—a situation that persists to this day.
All these cases demonstrate that Thailand continues to use the same tactics under the command of power-hungry leaders, whose actions and behavior are increasingly despised by the international community and are unacceptable.
Another grave concern is that if Thailand were to lose on all fronts in a war against Cambodia, it appears prepared to sacrifice and even destroy its own citizens,such as Khmer communities in Surin, Sisaket, and Buriram, amounting to tens of thousands of people, with the aim of gradually erasing certain ethnic groups. In particular, Thailand employs a strategy of “killing two birds with one stone” inciting hatred among people of the same blood and heritage against one another.
In the above context, this is not intended to encourage the people of any country to hate their own leaders. Rather, it is meant to state clearly that the people of Thailand themselves should become aware of a political leadership that deceives its own citizens and sends them to die on the battlefield in a war of territorial invasion against Cambodia.
Sixth:
As of today, December 20, 2025, Thailand continues to lose on the battlefield, resulting in the deaths of thousands of its soldiers and tens of thousands more being injured during its invasion of Cambodia’s sovereign territory. The Thai people themselves are only now coming to understand more clearly the inhumane, brutal, and savage actions of launching a war of aggression against Cambodia—acts that violate international law and the universally proclaimed principles concerning the right to human life.
Moreover, with close monitoring by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and the International Criminal Court (ICC), which are preparing to take measures against Thai leaders in the future, Thailand is attempting to divert the situation by shifting attention to another narrative, falsely claiming that the war is being waged to eliminate so-called “online scam operations (Scam Online)” instead.
Seventh:
The Cambodian people, as victims, appeal to the international community with this information, which must be made known to the world: past efforts to combat online scams (Scam Online) in various countries—including Thailand, where such operations have been on a much larger scale than in Cambodia, as well as in many other countries—are entirely separate issues and must not be conflated with the Thai military’s invasion of Cambodian territory. In this regard, have the major powers truly examined and clearly distinguished these issues in the past?
With this important message, we once again urgently call upon the world—especially the major global powers—to clearly and decisively distinguish Thailand’s war of aggression against Cambodia’s sovereignty from the issue of combating online scams. These are separate matters. The war has forced tens of thousands of civilians to flee their homes, caused hundreds of thousands of students to suspend their education, and placed pregnant women in danger, as Thai military forces have dropped bombs in civilian areas without regard for international humanitarian law.
In conclusion, as a Cambodian citizen and as one voice among millions of people around the world, I urgently appeal to the international community and influential global powers to intervene in Thailand’s violations of Cambodia’s sovereignty—both on land and at sea—by exerting pressure on Thailand. Otherwise, it will be clear that there is no justice in this world for weaker nations, and that human life holds no value in the eyes of the great powers.
Cambodia seeks nothing more than peace, and it does not wish for any foreign country—especially Thailand—to invade or violate Cambodia’s sovereign land and maritime territory.
